Kuntum Apriella Irdam or Ella Irdamis or Ella has practiced since 1999. Prior to establishing SIAHAAN IRDAMIS ANDARUMI & REKAN, she previously was an associate at Bahar, Tjajo & Partners and a Junior Partner in Melli Darsa & Co from April 2010 until December 2014.

Ella has extensive experience advising on and executing complex local and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, representing foreign and local private entities, private equity, financial institutions, individuals and publicly listed companies. Ella has been involved in a number of high profile acquisitions in the financial services sector such as banks, insurance, securities and multi finance companies. She is also well known for her in-depth knowledge of the regulations in the financial services industry.

Ella has advised many blue chip publicly listed companies, including several Indonesian state- owned companies in their day to day corporate matter, corporate governance and operational issues.

Currently, Ella is also serving as a guest lecturer at STH Indonesia Jentera.
